Guarantee, program, billing and refunds. Where a program is advertised with a conditional guarantee (for example: if you do not receive any payout, we refund 100% of the program fee you paid us), that refund applies only under the written conditions provided at purchase, including completing the curriculum, following the taught risk rules, trading the taught strategy in at least one prop firm evaluation or funded account during the refund period without receiving a payout, providing complete trading records on request, and submitting a written request to DCTrading LLC at the contact email shown at purchase before the refund period stated at purchase ends. Refunds never include prop firm fees, broker losses, tools or other costs. Paid programs are digital services that begin immediately on purchase; except as stated in Section 07 of our Terms or required by law, all sales are final. Pricing, inclusions and any installment or renewal schedule are shown at checkout before you enter payment details. Installment plans are a commitment to the full program price. Payments are processed by Whop or the processor named at checkout.
